Juragan, masih inget kan sama event Movie Night Out bulan lalu yang diadain di Bandung? Yosep Anggi Noen, born in a small village near Yogyakarta, Indonesia, March 15th, 1983. He graduated from Faculty of Politic And Social Science majored in Communication Studies.
His short film Cheng Cheng Po (as Producer) won several domestic award including Piala Citra and showed in several international film festival (Singapore Int’l Film Festival, Indonesian Film Festival in Adelaide, Third Eye Asia Film Festival Mumbai).
He also co-founded Jogja NETPAC Asian Film Festival with Garin Nugroho, Ifa Isfansyah and Philip Cheah in 2006.
He own Limaenam Films with several friends and do some free-of-charge workshop for young amateur filmmaker also do some commercial project.
Anggi is the only one Indonesian filmmaker who was selected in Asia Film Academy 2007, and his script Blossom is selected to produced in Pusan and showing in Pusan International Film Festival 2007.
It’s Not Raining Outside screened at many prestigious film festival such as International Film Festival Rotterdam, Cinemanila International Film Festival, World Film Festival Bangkok, Singapore International Film Festival, Asian Hot Shots Berlin, etc.
His documentary commissioning by Ford Foundation focused on woman and poverty theme, Working Girls world premiered at Jakarta International Film Festival 2010.
Now he works for his first feature film.

August Rush adalah sebuah film drama musical yang mengisahkan tentang perjalanan berkumpulnya sebuah keluarga. Berawal dari bertemunya Lyla, pemain cello terkenal dan Louis, pemain bass di sebuah klub, kedua insan ini jatuh cinta namun harus berpisah karena perbedaan. Tanpa diketahui Louis, Lyla mengandung anak mereka, namun sayangnya saat sedang mengandung Lyla mengalami kecelakaan dan sang ayah pun mengatakan anak yang dikandungnya meninggal, padahal kenyataannya anak tersebut selamat dan dititipkan di sebuah panti asuhan. Bisa ditebak bagaimana film ini akan berlanjut, kisah mengharukan dari sang anak yang bernama August Rush dalam menemukan kedua orang tuanya, selain kisahnya yang mengharukan film ini juga menyuguhkan musikalisasi yang sangat indah dan tidak membosankan.
